Mission Statement

Having grown up with a father afflicted with polio and both parents with diabetes, on realizes disabling diseases are personal, yet affect the whole family dynamics. Kathleen has also survived the death of a spouse from leukemia.

We at Clark Orthotics & Prosthetics try to provide you with a widespread yet realistic rehabilitation goal in a cost effective manner. We will show you all possible bracing options and the pros and cons of each. We will work with your prescribing physician and insurance carrier to provide the most effective and long term product within your insurance guidelines.

Strengths & Expertise

Kathleen's undergraduate work focused on the disease process and one's holistic rehabilitation. She also custom designed clothes for elderly and wheelchair users. Kathleen's residency focused on diabetic foot care and amputation prevention.

She has lectured and written on foot orthoses, materials, treatment of foot diseases and the role of spinal orthoses in back treatment.
